THE TWO TIME is a unique sniper rifle in Borderlands 3 manufactured by Hyperion. It is obtained from the mission ECHOnet Neutrality located in Devil's Razor.

Special Weapon Effects

Back-to-back consecutive champion. – Always shock. Fired bullets instantly arrive at their target.

Usage & Description

Due to the effectively infinite bullet velocity THE TWO TIME can be an effective hit-scan weapon as one will always hit even fast-moving enemies in every shot without needing to lead the target.

With THE TWO TIME being a shock only weapon and with it's zero bullet travel it is a very effective weapon against Guardians due to their fast movements and shield-only health.

Trivia

The name THE TWO TIME is a reference to DrDisrespect, a popular Twitch streamer who claims to have been the Blockbuster Games World Champion twice, back to back in 1993-1994.
