Sylestro is a respawnable mini-boss encountered in Borderlands 3. He is a badass-class Radiation Heavy found in a remote part of Tazendeer Ruins on Nekrotafeyo.
Involvement
Sylestro and his partner Atomic need to be defeated for Zer0's Target of Opportunity challenge.

- Unlike generic Badass Heavies, Sylestro has a large spiked fist on each hand.
- Sylestro has an increased chance to drop the legendary pistol Pestilence and legendary Red Suit shield.
- On Mayhem Mode 4, Sylestro has a chance to drop the legendary Amara class mod Spiritual Driver.
