Sub-Level 13 is an optional mission in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel.

Walkthrough

Objectives

Find Sub-Level 13 entrance
Descend to Sub-Level 13
Disable junction box
Search vents
Find space-fold inverter
Listen to Harry's ECHO

Strategy

Completion

"Poor Harry. Guess he won't be needing whatever loot he's got on him anymore."

Notes

Despite the quest giver being Pickle, whom is located in the Outlands Canyon, the quest location is always marked as Sub-Level 13.
Completing this mission with a full party unlocks the Who You Gonna Call? achievement/trophy.
It is much quicker to Fast Travel to Titan Robot Production Plant then exit to Titan Industrial Facility to enter Sub-Level 13.

Trivia

"Harry's Remains" is a reference to Harold Ramis, the actor who played Egon Spengler in Ghostbusters.
