Stickly is an NPC in the Bounty of Blood: A Fistful of Redemption DLC.
Background
Stickly is a scammer and imposter presenting himself as a top-notch arms dealer. Connections he allegedly has with all major manufacturers puts him in position to offer nothing but top-tier, one-of-the-kind weapons and gear. To support his claims, there's a money back guarantee on all purchases.
Involvement
With his connections to Devil Riders, Stickly managed to get General Marks relieved of his post of the Fort Kickwater commanding officer. He stole his uniform and now presents himself as General Samuel Stickly to any and all unassuming buyers.
Little does he knows that the sweet smell of revenge is approaching fast...
