Splatter Gun is a legendary artifact in Borderlands 3 manufactured by Eridian. it is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source, but has an increased chance to drop from Road Dog located in The Splinterlands on Pandora.

Sliding kicks up corrosive shards that explode on impact. - Cauterizing
Slide deals bonus incendiary damage, crating a magma puddle upon impact. - Hot Drop
Slam launches incendiary projectiles that spawn Magma Puddles. - Knife Drain
Melee attacks restore a portion of the damage dealt as health. - Last Stand
Temporary invulnerability when health drops below 50%. - Shock Stone
