Splasher Blashter is the Title of a group of E-Tech Shotguns in Borderlands 2. They are manufactured exclusively by the Bandits.
Usage & Description
Blashters fire a spread of three slow-moving energy balls, each of which deals very high damage. Like the quad-barrel shotguns, the large spread makes the weapon difficult to use at anything but point-blank range. Each shot consumes 4 ammo.
Notes
It is possible to get extra height using the Splasher blashter, by jumping and firing at the floor by your feet, you get a small amount of extra air at the cost of a medium amount of damage.
