Splainer is the title of a group of common pistols in Borderlands 3 that are manufactured by COV.
Usage & Description[]
Featuring a Jakobs revolver barrel (model recycled from Borderlands 2), Splainer has the highest damage and accuracy but lowest fire rate among COV pistol variants.
