Soapy Steve is a non-respawnable mini-boss in the Bounty of Blood, a downloadable content (DLC) add-on for Borderlands 3. He is only encountered during the Dirty Deeds optional mission.
Involvement
Soapy Steve is Kormash's sidekick and BFF. He enjoys taking long and relaxing baths so much so that he kidnapped a soapmaker to turn fat of Soapy Steve's victims into soap.
