Sniper.Runtimes are Insecurity encountered in the Claptastic Voyage DLC from Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel. They will prefer to attack from a distance using long-ranged rifles, and will have a visible red sighting laser generated by their weapon.
Subconscious Version
Very Insecure Sniper, in Subconscious
In the map Subconscious, Sniper.Runtimes are called Very Insecure Snipers and have a different model and skin. They will wear a helmet which prevents critical hits until shot off, but otherwise behave in exactly the same way.

Strategy
Sniper.Runtime units can be problematic as their damage output tends to be high. Taking cover and striking from a distance is an effective strategy.
Notes
- In True Vault Hunter Mode, they are renamed Snapshot.App, and in Ultimate Vault Hunter Mode, they are renamed Silencer.App.
