Slugger is a legendary enhancement in Borderlands 4 manufactured by Ripper.
Fixed Weapon Bonuses[]
- Hard Charger – Guns with Ripper-licensed parts gain +25% Damage, but Charge Time is increased by 30%.
- High Roller – Guns with Ripper-licensed parts increase Gun Damage by +2% for each consecutive shot fired, for a Maximum 25 Stacks.
