The Slow Hand is a Unique E-tech Shotgun manufactured by Hyperion. The Slow Hand can be obtained as a rare drop from Badassaurus Rex and Piston the Cheater in the Torgue Arena.

Special Weapon Effects

Take your time, Sugar... – Fires a slow-moving projectile unaffected by gravity with a high elemental effect chance and splash damage. Inflicted damage restores health to the weapon's wielder.

Usage & Description

The Slow Hand fires a slow moving "glob" elemental projectile at the cost of two ammo. Unlike normal E-tech shotguns, the projectile it fires is not affected by gravity. Being both a Moxxi gun and an E-tech it will never spawn without an element. Only Shock, Incendiary, Corrosive, and Slag versions exist.

The elemental burst created by the Slow Hand will damage you if you are right up against it.

Notes

• The Practicable prefix (vertical grip accessory) allows the Slow Hand to shoot 3 projectiles instead of 1, making it much more powerful.
• When a Shock Slow Hand is paired with The Transformer, it is possible to shoot the floor for instant shield regeneration at the cost of some health if your sheild is too low.

Trivia

• The name of this weapon is likely a reference to the John Bettis and Michael Clark-penned ballad performed by both The Pointer Sisters and Conway Twitty.
