This weapon may spawn with any elemental capacitor (as well as with no elemental bonuses) and any accessory. As with any weapon, its prefix may vary associated with the applied bonuses.

The flavor text refers to the lethargic effects of a hangover.
The weapon's name stems from Sloth, one of the seven deadly sins in Christian belief, or from the Sloth, an animal mainly known for being slow and lazy.
