Slithermaw is a respawnable mini-boss encountered in the Bounty of Blood, a downloadable content (DLC) add-on for Borderlands 3.
Involvement
Slithermaw is a massive hybrid with head of the a Tyrant and the body of a Rakklesnake. It can be found in King's Teeth area of The Blastplains. Like many other creatures on Gehenna, it has been "enhanced" by the Company as a part of their Project Endless Horizons.
Ezra wants it killed so he can make an inflatable guy out of its skin.
