Skin to Win is a location-based challenge in the Bounty of Blood, a downloadable content (DLC) add-on for Borderlands 3.
Ezra the Tanner wants the Vault Hunters to hunt down rare and dangerous beasts so he can put their hides on display in his shop in Vestige.
