A Skag Rustler is a midget riding a skag. They wield a curved blade which they can swing with great speed. These can be dangerous, even at high levels. The Skag and Midget each have their own personal AI, so killing one means the other will still fight. Rustlers are a faster version of Skag Riders that can close in on a player with amazing speed.

Notes
- If the midget's mount is killed, the rider will get an adrenaline kick that will cause him to run faster and deal more damage.
- If the rider is killed, the skag will attempt to spit at the player, similar to Spitter Skags.
