Skag Gully is a ditch with big caves and the tallest mountain. It is located east of The Arid Badlands. You will see a lot of skag dens, as well as the first 'boss' enemy, Nine-Toes in his hideout. It is pretty much a tutorial level, teaching you more gameplay and HUD basics.
