Signal to Noise is a location-based challenge in the Psycho Krieg and the Fantastic Fustercluck, a downloadable content (DLC) add-on for Borderlands 3.
Background
Patricia Tannis has detected repeating brain patterns inside Krieg's mind. Vault Hunters are requested to locate and activate probes scattered around the map. Collecting data from these probes may help Tannis to understand what makes Pandora's lunatics ticks... and is not a bomb they have eaten.
Strategy
When the probe is activated, 5 orbs are launched to random locations within visual range. Shooting all of the orbs reveals a hidden message for Tannis to interpret. All 5 orbs must be destroyed not later than 20 seconds after their launch. High-accuracy weapons with large magazines and/or short reload times are preffered for this challenge. Another option is to have 2 high-accuracy weapons equipped in adjacent slots and swapping them out once the first is empty.
Sometimes, orbs end up behind objects forcing Vault Hunters to change their position in order to create direct line of fire.

- There are three separate challenges with the same title on this map.
- Homing grenades can not be used for this challenge as they can not lock onto the probes.
