The Sheriff's Badge is a unique relic manufactured by the Eridians. It is a rare drop from the Sheriff of Lynchwood.
Special Relic Effect
Take turns and play nice. – Increases pistol fire rate, pistol damage, and Fight For Your Life bleed-out time. Also further increases Fight For Your Life time and Max Health by 15% each for every equipped Deputy's Badge in the party.
Notes
- The Sheriff's Badge is a generally more powerful version of the Deputy's Badge. It swaps shotgun buffs for pistol buffs, increases Maximum Health and an extra 5% to the Fight For Your Life time. However, it is most effective when only one party member is wearing a Sheriff's Badge as both Badges only receive the stacking bonus from other characters who are wearing a Deputy's Badge.
- The effects of the Badge on pistols will also be applied to Krieg's thrown buzz axe.

- The Sheriff's Badge is the only relic with purple rarity in Borderlands 2 to have a red flavor text.
