Special Weapon Effects
Say not in grief: "He is no more." but live in thankfulness that he was. - Fires a 5-6 round burst when zoomed. When not zoomed, automatic fire is eratic - going from a slow-ish rate of fire (7-8) to a much higher rate of fire (say 10-11). High accuracy.
Drop Guide
Scorpio is acquired after completing the mission Bearer of Bad News.
Usage & Description
As with all Dahl weaopns in Borderlands 2, the Scorpio has a burst fire when zoomed. The Scorpio, however, with its special effect causes this burst fire to be a 5-6 round burst instead of your more common 3 round burst. It is highly accurate when firing when zoomed and has a very low recoil, and like most weapons, it has a loss of accuracy when fire from the hip when fired automatically.
This makes it a very easy weapon to use in medium to close range. When zoomed in, all of the rounds fired stay very close together, which is unusual for a burst fire or automatic weapon.
Notes
- It is known that this weapon can come in a corrosive varient, although other elements are unkown.
Trivia
