Scavs (short for "scavengers") are gangs of people living outside the law on Elpis. They tend to lead a sorry existence scavenging from the detritus of Dahl's former colonies on the moon, and in most cases they are openly hostile.

Found in Triton Flats in the structure which houses the quick travel station, this scav gang is always scaled to the vault hunters' level, making them a good opportunity to farm experience.
