Effect	You randomly pick a Subroutine based on either health or shields, which increases the capacity of that attribute by +35% and regenerates it by 2.5% of its max per second. However your gun damage is decreased by 15%.

Safety First is a tier 1 Gamechanger in Claptrap's Fragmented Fragtrap skill tree. It enables the Frag Stack mechanic, and adds subroutines associated with health/shields.

Notes

• Each cycle starts with 100 Frag Stacks that slowly decay over time, resetting with another random subroutine on depletion.
  • Cryogenic Exhaust Manifold can remove stacks, while Float like a Bee and Grenade Vent can add stacks.
  • Tripleclocked causes these effects to compound regardless of stack count.
