The Rowan's Call is a legendary assault rifle in Borderlands 3 manufactured by Jakobs. It is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source. Rowan's Call can also be obtained with an increased chance from Crazy Earl on Sanctuary III by Loot-O-Gram trading.

Uh-oh! – Fully automatic. Critical hits return 2 bullets to the magazine and ricochet 2 bullets at the nearest enemy.

- The Rowan's Call, along with the King's Call and Queen's Call appear to be a unique brand of Jakob's weaponry with distinctly alien features, that add elemental weapon effects to otherwise non-elemental Jakobs weapons, and return ammo on critical hits.
