Rex Loader is an character created by Claptrap's mind in the Claptastic Voyage DLC from Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel. He is a green Loader with a tophat and handlebar moustache.
Involvement
Rex Loader is only encountered during the mission 5UP4-3G0-TP, as the villian in a fictional scenario being acted out by 5UP4-3G0-TP. He arrives in an airship with Minion reinforcements and does battle with 5UP4-3G0-TP. The Vault Hunters never actually interact with Rex Loader directly -- all of his actions and dialogue are triggered by the mission, and he is not seen after the mission is complete.
