Redistributor is a unique submachine gun in Borderlands 3 manufactured by Hyperion. The Redistributor is obtained from the mission The Impending Storm.

Man's reach exceeds his imagination. – -20% weapon damage. Always shock. Every 7th shot is amped and chains to nearby enemies. Fixed parts.
Usage & Description[]
The Redistributor is an effective weapon against shielded enemies and mobs with its chaining shot effect and shock element.
Notes[]
- The amped shot effect is not tied to the magazine size. If the 7th shot is the first shot in a new magazine, the effect will be triggered.
- This weapon is the unique version of the legendary one, which has higher damage and randomized parts/element.
- Despite being a Boardroom, Redistributor has fixed barrel accessory for Powerplay.
- This weapon uses the same weapon skin with Phebert, Tankman's Shield and Iceburger.

- The flavor text is a reference to the quote "Man's reach exceeds his grasp" said by Nikola Tesla from the 2006 movie The Prestige.
