Rebound is a legendary assault rifle exclusive to the Psycho Krieg and the Fantastic Fustercluck DLC for Borderlands 3 and is manufactured by COV. It can only be obtained as a drop from Psychoreaver located in Vaulthalla on Krieg's Mind.
Special Weapon Effects[]
Measure twice, cut twice!
- +100% weapon damage.
- Fires disks that bounce from surface and pierce through enemies. Disks will explode and make a 180° turn after 1 second, and explode after another 1 second. Both piercing and exploding deal splash damage. Explosion won't hurt the user.
- Fixed double-projectile foregrip.

- The flavor text and sawblade projectiles are a play on the proverb "Measure twice, cut once", which has its origins in carpentry.
