This article is about the unique Wilhelm's starter weapon in Welcome to Helios. For the regular Dahl pistol, see Repeater (Borderlands 2).
The React Repeater is a unique aftermarket pistol manufactured by Dahl. The React Repeater is Wilhelm's starting weapon in the mission Welcome to Helios taking place on Helios Station.
Usage & Description
As the first weapon picked up by a character at the start of a playthrough, the React Repeater is a minimalist pistol with no special characteristics beyond its unique parts. Most players should replace this weapon as soon as opportunity presents itself.
Notes
- The React Repeater spawns with an entirely fixed set of parts, no sight, accessory or elemental capacitor.
- Weapons with the same name can spawn in the game but with out any restrictions in terms of parts, sights, or elemental capacitors.
Trivia
- The title of this weapon is in fact "Repeater"; "React" is treated as a prefix by the game engine. However, "React" can never be replaced with another prefix because all parts are fixed.
