Re-Volter is a legendary shield in Borderlands 3 manufactured by Hyperion and is exclusive to the Director's Cut DLC. It is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source, but has an increased chance to drop from Sumo located in Eschaton Row on Promethea.
Special Effects[]
Please conduct yourself. – When depleted, the character becomes shock-enraged for 15 seconds, which increases fire rate by 50%, and grants 200% bonus shock damage to weapons, action skills, melee, and grenades.
Usage & Description[]
The Re-volter is one of the most powerful shields in the game, as it grants an absurdly large boost in damage per second when depleted, useful for taking on just about any enemy.
A Re-volter with the "On Action Skill Start - Activate any effects that trigger on shield break or fill." anointment is extremely powerful, as it essentially grants the effects of the shield permanently, as long as the action skill recharges faster than 15 seconds.

- The special effect is indicated by arcing electricity on the sides of the screen.
Trivia[]
- The special effect and flavor text are a double entendre on the word "conduct" in the phrase "conduct yourself".
