Ranger is the title of a group of common pistols in Borderlands 3 manufactured by Jakobs. It is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source.
Usage & Description[]
The Ranger is the quintessential hand cannon of the Jakobs pistol family, having the highest base damage and accuracy of the three, but the lowest fire rate and reload speed. It can function the best as a pseudo-sniping tool at mid range as a result.
The Ranger can spawn with four barrel accessories:
- A strap of spare bullets that increases critical damage by 10%.
- A muzzle brake that increases damage by 10%.
- Additional barrel parts that increases damage by 10%.
- A melee accessory that increases melee damage by 60%, and decreases recoil height by 25%.

- Maggie - Legendary pistol that fires six projectiles per shot.
