Background

Ramsden is encountered in The Anvil. He is found kneeling on his knees calling out for his friend Holder. He says his buddy was kidnapped by a rival gang called the Shanks. He implores the Vault Hunter to free him.

Once in Shankland, Holder reveals that the Shanks were actually hiding him from Ramsden. It is proposed to either take the side of Ramsden or Holder.
