Quality Not Quantity is a tier 2 skill in Aurelia's Contractual Aristocracy skill tree.
Effects
Gun damage and Fire Rate are increased if Aurelia is using a weapon of sufficient rarity – that is, blue or greater. If she is not using a sufficiently rare weapon (green or lower), then gun damage and fire rate are penalized instead.
