Quadomizer is a legendary rocket launcher in Borderlands 3 manufactured by Torgue. Quadomizer is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source, but has an increased chance to drop from The Rampager located in The Forgotten Basilica on Promethea.

Damn near killed 'em – Fires 4 rockets in a horizontal line. Cycles between radiation, corrosive and incendiary elemental types.
Usage & Description
Notes
- The Quadomizer will always maintain the order of its elemental cycle (radiation, corrosive, then incendiary) before repeating the cycle. This makes the weapon predictable in terms of elemental damage.
- Reloading does not reset the cycle. The first round of the new magazine will always be the next element in the sequence.
- Having modifiers that increase magazine size will cause the weapon to restart its elemental cycle until the magazine is empty.
Trivia
- The flavor text is a reference to a joke in the 1996 movie Black Sheep. The full quote is:
"Little Johnnie's teacher asked him how his weekend was. 'Horribly, a car hit my dog in the ass,' he said. She said, 'Rectum.' 'Wrecked him?' Johnnie said. 'Damn near killed him!'"
