*Anointed weapons do not display the type of tracker a Q-System uses, but this may be determined by visual examination and on the "parts" view when the weapon is inspected. The tracking duration is not listed even in parts view. <!-- Variant parts for each type of tracker are probably responsible, further research is required -->

Q-System is the title of a group of common assault rifles in Borderlands 3 manufactured by Atlas.

Usage & Description

The Q-System always spawns with the "Cost-Effective" prefix, meaning it fires two bullets at the cost of one ammo. With no apparent penalties to its damage, the Q-System vastly out-performs other Atlas assault rifles and is one of the few common weapons that can compete with legendaries on higher difficulties.

Like other Atlas weapons, it comes with an alternate fire mode that shoots a tracker puck, grenade or dart.

Notes

  • The Q-System is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source.
