Pumpkinhead is a legendary creature in Hallow's End, which you must kill for the mission Pumpkinhead. He is immune to all elemental damage except explosive.
He or it has various methods of attacking. Mainly he just runs up to you and hits you. Other times he would throw up a huge stream of Incendiary fluid which at some stage must have been all the candles he ate out of the pumpkins.
