Proprietary License is a legendary submachine gun in Borderlands 3 manufactured by Hyperion.
The Proprietary License is exclusive to the Bounty of Blood DLC and is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source.

Special Weapon Effects

A little from Column A, a little from column B. – Fires a four-round burst. Shots that hit enemies leave a sticky bomb that detonates after a short while. Critical hits cause shots to ricochet. Always elemental.

Usage & Description

Notes

The weapon has no delay between bursts, the player may pump the trigger during a burst to fire the next burst.

Trivia

The name and flavor text refer to the way the gun incorporates "trademark" elements from multiple major weapon brands -- Dahl's burst fire, Torgue's sticky bombs, Hyperion's converging accuracy, Jakobs' ricocheting bullets, and Maliwan's guaranteed elemental modifier.
