Preacher Jones is an NPC in the Bounty of Blood: A Fistful of Redemption DLC.
Background
Preacher Jones can be found on the Vestige outskirts. As it seems, he is a man with blood on his hands. The Meatman spoke to him making him abandon his old ways. By spreading the word, Preacher Jones hopes one day he will become a priest one day.
