Phuong is an NPC in New Tales from the Borderlands.
Background
As a Research Assistant at Atlas, Phuong's primary responsibility is to keep Anu grounded and focused. Other responsibilities include talking to test subjects, cataloguing rare ores, and keeping tabs on the hot company gossip. After a long day helping Anu invent world-changing technology, Phuong loves to kick back with pals and play Vaultlanders.
Involvement
Phuong appears at the beginning of the game as Anu's assistant. When Atlas's orbiting headquarters is invaded by Tediore, she helps Anu escape to the surface of Promethea and entrusts her with the first Vaultlanders figure in the game: one representing herself that she "won in a contest."
