Phoenix is one of Lilith's Elementalist skill branches. Killing an enemy causes you to deal 1 Fire damage to nearby enemies (near you, that is), and gives your shots a 5% chance per rank not to cost ammo for a few seconds.

Effects

One Skill Point - 1 Fire damage, 5% chance to save ammo
Two Skill Points - 2 Fire damage, 10% chance to save ammo
Three Skill Points - 3 Fire damage, 15% chance to save ammo
Four Skill Points - 4 Fire damage, 20% chance to save ammo
Five Skill Points - 5 Fire damage, 25% chance to save ammo
