Phebert is a legendary shotgun in Borderlands 3 manufactured by Hyperion. Phebert is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source but has an increased chance to drop from Wick and Worty located in Lectra City on Promethea.
Special Weapon Effects
Faster than all estimates. – Instantaneous projectile travel speed (hitscan). Reduced pellet count. Increased damage. Consumes 2 ammo per shot.
