Phebert is a legendary shotgun in Borderlands 3 manufactured by Hyperion. It is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source, but has an increased chance to drop from Wick located in Lectra City on Promethea.
Special Weapon Effects
Faster than all estimates. – Instantaneous projectile travel speed (hitscan). Reduced pellet count. Increased damage. Consumes 2 ammo per shot.

The Phebert can be used as a mid-range weapon with its low pellet count.
