Phantom Flame is a legendary pistol in Borderlands 4 manufactured by Jakobs. It is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source, but has an increased chance to drop from Pango & Bango located in Tendercage - Ripper Drill Site, Lopside in Carcadia Burn on Kairos.
