Pestilence is a legendary pistol in Borderlands 3 manufactured by COV. It can only be obtained from Sylestro in Tazendeer Ruins on Nekrotafeyo, or Heckle and Hyde in Jakobs Estate on Eden-6.
Special Weapon Effects
Go forth conquering, and to conquer. – Always radiation. Increased fire rate. When the weapon breaks, it produces a radiation nova that damages both the user and nearby enemies.
