Perceiver is the legendary pistol in Tiny Tina's Wonderlands manufactured by Dahlia.
It is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source, but has an increased chance to drop from Oculus located in Sunfang Oasis.

Usage & Description[]
Firing the Perceiver has a chance to deal Bonus Crit Damage without hitting the Crit Spot. The chance to get the Bonus Crit Damage benefits from increases to your Crit Chance. Real Critical Hits also have a chance to receive this Bonus Crit Damage.
Additionally, the Perceiver has a unique Semi-Auto firing mode. For 3 Ammo it fires 1 bullet that deals +94% Damage.
