Overseer is an NPC introduced in Borderlands 3. She is mysterious guardian, whom Vault Hunter meets on derelicts alien megastructures as Ghostlight Beacon, Gradient of Dawn, Precipice Anchor, The Hall Obsidian, The Skydrowned Pulpit and Wayward Tether.
Involvement
She provides six missions, which should trial Vault Hunter, and oversees them.

Trivia
- She is one of the few Guardians, who aren't hostile to Vault Hunter and speaks to them.
- Judging by her last words The Eridians knew or predicted that Vault Hunter will protect The Vaults from villains in future.
