Otto Idol is a legendary artifact in Borderlands 3 manufactured by Eridian. It is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source, but has an increased chance to drop from Tyreen the Destroyer located in Destroyer's Rift on Pandora.

Special Effects

Every man for himself. – Restores a percentage of max health after killing an enemy.

The Otto Idol will grant three of the following bonuses.

Grenade damage
Elemental resistance
Elemental damage
Weapon reload speed
Weapon magazine size
Luck

Additional Effects

Atom Balm
Increased radiation aura damage, burst damage and burst radius.
Caustic Coast
Sliding kicks up corrosive shards that explode on contact.
Knife Drain
Melee attacks restore a portion of the damage dealt as health.
Last Stand
Invulnerability for 5 seconds when health drops below 50%.
Toxic Revenger
Slam creates a large corrosive puddle on impact.
Cauterizing
Sliding deals incendiary damage and leaves a magma puddle on impact.
Snowdrift
Sliding launches a snowball that does cryo damage.

The Otto Idol is a returning item from Borderlands 2 but as a legendary artifact instead of a unique relic.
