Special Weapon Effects
Death rains from above - Airburst Rockets. After about 60 yards the main rocket explodes, damaging nearby enemies and releasing six more smaller rockets at a 90 degree angle from the original rocket. Increased damage and fast reload.

The same effect which makes usage difficult because it requires good judgement in part of the user of the distance to the enemy. Ironically, instead of trying to use the weapon's special effect, the Nidhogg can really shine as a simple mid range direct-fire Rocket Launcher: It has a single shot damage comparable to that of the Redemption, fast reload, carries 2 rockets, and only consumes 1 rocket per shot.
