Neon Arterial is a location on Promethea in Borderlands 3.
Background
Neon Arterial is the inner sector of Meridian City. It is the urban city district of Meridian and primarily consists of highways and bridges. Due to the invasion of the COV, the city section now lay's in ruins with collapsed bridges and buildings. A major part of this area is that of a large sewer canal.
It is here where the Vault Hunters are joined by Maya to help them reach the Vault under the city. Ellie gives the group a custom built Heavy Armor Technical which they use to travel through the canal destroying COV turret towers and vehicles along the way.
