Negotiator is the title of a group of common pistols in Borderlands 2 and Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel. They are manufactured exclusively by Dahl and features the Vladof barrel.
Usage & Description
Features a two-round burst when ADS, high fire rate, and high magazine size.
This pistol also has a higher fire rate and lower recoil compared to other Dahl pistols, two very good advantages while firing in bursts for both accuracy and total damage dealt. Such traits paired with skills like Metal Storm, Lay Waste or Embrace the Pain make the muzzle rotate extremely fast looking like the bullets are fired simultaneously.
