N-System is the title of a group of common assault rifles in Borderlands 3 manufactured by Atlas.
Usage & Description[]
The N-System has the highest fire rate of all Atlas assault rifles, but also the lowest base damage. It can function well as a generic all-purpose rifle, with skills improving fire rate having the most effect on it compared to its peers. Despite having a low fire rate when compared against rifles from other manufacturers, this is compensated by its tracking alternate firing mode.
Its barrel accessories aim to further improve its fire rate, or its staying power through a higher magazine size.
The N-System can spawn with three unique barrel accessories:
- Rails that increases fire rate by 10%.
- A ribbon cable that increases fire rate by 10%.
- A barrel guard that increase magazine size by 10%.
Notable Variants[]
- Carrier - Legendary assault rifle that spawns an additional projectile that bounces off of surfaces and homes in on the nearest enemy after hitting a target.
- Rebel Yell - Legendary assault rifle that always spawns with tracker darts that deal shock damage at the cost of lowered bullet damage.
