Mr Caffeine Shield is a unique shield manufactured by Pangolin in Borderlands 3. Mr Caffeine Shield is obtained from the mission Rise and Grind located in Meridian Metroplex, on Promethea.
Special Effects
I don't want my coffee shaking! – Increased reload speed and fire rate when recharged. Reduced reload speed and fire rate when depleted.
Usage & Description
The shield is only suitable for long-range combat as the depletion penalty is too severe for effective use in close-range combat.
