Mr. Bubbles is an enemy in the Magnys Lighthouse area, and is found partnered with Lil' Sis. He is a unique version of the Anchorman, and can inflict a self-healing attack at close range.

Mr. Bubbles is based on the "Bouncer" class of "Big Daddy" from the video game series Bioshock, another game produced by 2K Games. In the game they act as bodyguards for NPCs known as "Little Sisters". His name comes from the nickname that Little Sisters often call their Big Daddy.
